Computers and a Cuppa

The Computers and a Cuppa program has kicked off and in the first two sessions participants learned basic skills like using a mouse to perform some basic internet navigation and how to identify different types of websites. They also had the opportunity of bringing in their own devices and learning how to use these for sending emails to their family and friends, and searching for delicious recipes! “Connecting older people of the community with each other and the globe…”   Free computer lessons for seniors at the Byron Community Centre have commenced. Computers and a Cuppa runs every Wednesday at the Byron Community Centre from 10.00am to 12.00pm including a morning tea.
